Refund & Return Policy

At Revomax Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Must include all accessories (if applicable)
• Request must be made within 7 days

We do not accept returns for change of mind or used/damaged products after delivery.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash / EasyPaisa).

In case of damaged or faulty items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
